WR054224: Building a Culture of Trust
Trust takes work. Culture can be eroded with a lack of trust. This workshop begins with a self assessment of how much we trust ourselves and trust others. From this self awareness we explore tools and tactics to create an environment where trust forms, and relationships are formed. Participants will recognize characteristics that break trust and how to avoid the traps. Leaders share a large burden in fostering a culture where trust can flourish. Through practice and exploration, participants will explore key behaviors to foster this culture of trust.
