We are now living at a time in which there are five different generations in the workforce. In fact, there are five very different generations that often do not understand each other and frequently have trouble working harmoniously together. This seminar is designed to help professionals learn the different characteristics assigned to each generation in order to promote understanding to help participants develop better ways to work with each generation, and to enable participants to realize that the most effective work teams will include members from each generation.
